Research IBD - Inflammatory Bowel Diseases

Listen to the discovery of bacterial signature of Inflammatory Bowel Diseases. Team led by Prof. Macpherson and Dr. Yilmaz from the Department of Biomedical Research of the University of Bern and the University Clinic of Visceral Surgery and Medicine of the Inselspital have discovered that compositional changes in microbiota of IBD that affect the severity of the disease and the success of therapy.
